There was only one hiccup in communication in that our tech wasn't aware that we had two ice machines to service (instead of just one), but he was a total professional and seamlessly moved on to the next project. After checking out my old equipment and deciding it was junk I went with a new install on all the equipment (condenser, AC, and furnace) the old was over 30 years old,I got my moneys worth. The heater was still working but the AC was shot. Bill would have fixed it but with all the ifs and and I decided to start over. It went in just like he said it would. Looks good and runs good.
